A Lunch'n Learn is a one to three hour event, depending on your company's availability, in which select Bond representatives come to your facility for a customized presentation and a buffet lunch.
When booking a Lunch'n Learn we ask you to select a maximum of two topics per hour booked. Therefore, a three-hour event could incorporate up to six topics of your choice. Upon requesting your company's booking we will send you a topic selection form, and it is very important that we receive this back prior to approving your date and time, as we need to confirm the availability of the relevant guest speakers. Also, should you have any special meal requirements please let us know at least one week prior to your event, when you are confirming the number of attendees.
We will provide handouts for each employee attending, and specific handouts for your key executives. We will hold a Q & A session at the end of your Lunch'n Learn , as well, should you have a list of questions prepared ahead of time, we will be happy to include these in our presentation.
Finally, before your company's Lunch'n Learn takes place, we require a one-hour site visit to evaluate your company's potential security and communications needs and help you customize the ideal Lunch'n Learn .
Alternatively, should you be interested in a more private presentation for yourself and only your key executives, a customized Dine'n Learn can be arranged at our Toronto office for an in-house presentation and live demonstrations.
